The purpose of creating the CCIRK:
1. It represents the promotion of trade, services and industry of the two states both in bilateral and international relations and supporting the interests of Romanian and Kyrgyz economic agents in relations with the authorities in the country and with specialized bodies from abroad.
2. The following activities are mainly carried out:
a) It supports the development of the commercial and industrial collaboration of its members with Romanian and Kyrgyz companies;
b) Support the implementation of development projects and economic cooperation;
c) It carries out commercial information and documentation activities;
d) Support of economic agents for carrying out import-export commercial activities;
e) It supports the professional specialization activity of its members and other economic agents, as the case may be, depending on the interests of the association;
f) Initiates meetings and contacts between Romanian and Kyrgyz economic agents, as well as business forums and other meetings that can develop cooperation between the two countries;
g) Supports the organization of fairs and specialized exhibitions;
h) It promotes direct business development actions on the two markets, mediates banking support for its members, as well as for other interested economic agents upon request;
i) Attracting strategic and potential investors from Kyrgyzstan to invest in Romania;
j) Edits information and advertising publications;
k) Informs companies from Kyrgyzstan and/or Romania about export, import and cooperation possibilities;
In order to achieve the purpose for which it was founded and to carry out the actions it initiates, CCIRK will collaborate with the central and local bodies of the state administration, with national and territorial chambers of commerce from both countries and with other institutions or non-governmental organizations .
CCIRK objectives:
• orientation, training and professional specialization of Chamber members and other agents economic, as the case may be, depending on the market requirements in Romania and Kyrgyzstan and in relation to their interests;
• closely following the legislation in the commercial field, economic and financial, as well as the one regarding the working conditions in force in Romania, together with the changes that have occurred, following the agreements and protocols signed between Kyrgyzstan and Romania in the commercial, economic and financial field, based on mutual advantage and balance, translates and communicates them to its members;
• representation, promotion, support and defending the economic, commercial, technical or other interests of the members and;
• providing consultancy and specialist assistance to CCIRK members, others economic agents and natural persons interested in establishing mixed commercial companies or other forms of association;
• carrying out a multiple range of complex activities of commercial information and documentation, industrial and commercial marketing, market surveys etc;
• editing and broadcasting in its own name, or that of the members of the Chamber of Catalogues, bulletins, specialized guidance, prospectuses, leaflets, brochures and other such publications with technical, commercial and advertising character, on material or IT support;
